产品描述

The BGA3023 MMIC is a dual wideband amplifier with internal biasing. It is a mediumpower amplifier, specifically designed as an output stage for high linearity CATV opticalmini- and midi-nodes, operating over a frequency range of 40 MHz to 1200 MHz.

The LNA is housed in a lead free 8-pin HSO8 package.
