PCA8551 is an ultra low-power LCD segment driver with 4 backplane- and 36segment-driver outputs, with either an I2C- (PCA8551A) or an SPI-bus (PCA8551B)interface. It comprises an internal oscillator, bias generation, instruction decoding, anddisplay controller.
