PTN3393是一款DisplayPort至VGA适配器IC，能将DisplayPort源连接至VGA接收器。PTN3393集成了DisplayPort接收器和高速三路视频数字-模拟转换器，支持从VGA至WUXGA的显示分辨率。PTN3393支持每个通道频率为2.7 Gbits/s或1.62 Gbits/s的DisplayPort v1.1a单或双通道工作。PTN3393支持“Flash over Aux（通过辅助通道编程）”的能力，能现场进行固件升级。

PTN3393支持符合DisplayPort v1.1a规范的“辅助通道I2C”，可将VESA和DDC通道桥接至DisplayPort接口。

PTN3393专为单电源而设计，可最大限度降低应用成本。可直接从DisplayPort源侧的3.3 V电源对其进行供电而无需额外的内核电压调节器。当未传送有效的DisplayPort源数据时，VGA输出电源关闭。PTN3393还通过进行负载感应和向DisplayPort源报告接收器连接状态来协助监控检测。
